WorkSafe BC has produced another great safety film. This one on ladder safety. I can imagine you thinking “Yawn. What could be more boring?”
In my travels around Canada and the world, I have seen many examples of unsafe ladder use, even in organizations with presumably well developed safety programs. More commonly I’ve seen this on residential construction sites in middle class neighborhoods in Canada and in developing countries in Latin America.
If you want to help ensure that you and the workers you have safety responsibilities for know how to use ladders safely, you should take the time to watch this video.
